How do I register on PLYBAZAR?

2.Fill out Registration form and submit. (All fields with an asterisk * must be completed before submitting.)

How do I access my account?

To access your Account either click on the Sign In link or on the My PLYBAZAR tab at the top of every page.

I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password you can reset it by going to the forgotten password page. Simply type registered email address and you will be sent a new password by email. Once you have reset your password, you need to use your new password to login.

How do I change my password?

To change your phone number login to your My PLYBAZAR Account and click on the setting on the menu, then enter your new phone number. Your new phone number will be active immediately; once you sign out you need to use your new phone number to login again.

I am experiencing problems signing in

If you receive an error message when signing in, please check for the following possible causes:

You have entered an invalid phone number or password:
Make sure that "Caps Lock" is not on,
If you are still unable to solve this problem:
Look for the directory where your system is installed (eg C:\Windows);
Go to sub-directory Cookies and Temporary Internet Files;
Delete all files named Cookies;
Reset your computer to apply the changes.

Your account has been disabled:

If you see this message then your account has been disabled due to inactivity or other cause, as explained in our terms of service. For assistance, please contact customer services.

Internal server error or long loading time:

The error message "Internal server error" generally indicates a temporary network jam or server reboot. We suggest that you try again later. If the problem persists, please send an email to customer services including the problem URL.

We have made finding suppliers on PLYBAZAR as easy as possible. As a buyer you have a number of options to find the right suppliers:

Suppliers Directory: here you can browse suppliers by industry category. There are 4 main categories, each subdivided in more specific subcategories.

Suppliers Search: use the search function to search suppliers by name of the Company and more.

Products Directory: here you can find products by industry category. There are 4 main categories, each subdivided in more specific subcategories.

Products Search: use the search function to search products by Product name, description and keywords.

How do I send an enquiry to a supplier on PLYBAZAR?

You can contact suppliers directly from the main categories of the suppliers directory, from each supplier's profile page, and from each product page. You will be directed to the contact supplier page where you can fill in the details of your enquiry and send it directly to the supplier. With your enquiry you can also send an attachment image (in gif or jpg format), for example an image of a product you are trying to source.

What benefits do I enjoy as a registered member?

As a registered member you enjoy the following benefits:

* Contact suppliers faster: your details are pre-filled in the contact supplier page, making it faster to send your enquiries

* You can receive special offers from listed suppliers only available to registered members.

* You can place orders for wholesale stock directly from PLYBAZAR.

Which suppliers are worth contacting?

The best suppliers to contact are those with the Trust Mark logo. When you see a supplier with the Trust Mark logo it indicates that the supplier has completed an authentication and verification procedure, and that it is a legally registered business. Further, the Trust Mark logo indicates that the person associated with the listing is employed by the supplier or has the authority to represent the company.

How do I find the contact details of a supplier?

Supplier contact details are available at the bottom of each supplier's profile page and product pages.

Why can't I see the contact details of some suppliers?

The contact details of some suppliers are not displayed publicly, As they are not a registered member.

How can I get more responses to my enquiries?

* To ensure a timely and thorough response to your enquiries below are some recommendations:

* Ensure that your contact details, telephone number and email address are correct and up to date.

* Add a brief personal introduction, specifying whether you are a broker or buyer

* When requesting a quotation, specify the quantity you required

* Attach a product picture to your enquiries to let suppliers know your purchase needs clearly

* A short or incomplete message is usually considered a non-serious enquiry.

* What are Trade Leads ?

Trade Leads are requests to buy or sell stock. If for example you are sourcing a hot press machine, you can post a request for hot press machine on PLYBAZAR. Relevant suppliers will then receive a notification of your request and will reply with a quote.

How do I post a lead?

To post a buy or lead, first register free. Then go to your My PLYBAZAR and click on the Post Your Product Now or Post your Buy requirment.

What are the general guidelines for posting leads?

As a registered member you can post your buy and sell leads. All leads are reviewed individually. The general guidelines for posting your leads are:

*Be as detailed as possible when describing your requirements. This will increase the number of quotes you receive from suppliers;

*List your lead in an appropriate category. Do not include any of your contact details in the lead description. The contact details you have specified at registration will be shown automatically in a different section of your lead page.

How do I edit and manage my leads?

To edit, deactivate or delete your leads visit the Manage Requirments section in your My PLYBAZAR. You can edit leads which have either been approved or declined. Pending leads cannot be edited until they have been reviewed by us.
